The contest is subject to all applicable laws in the area in which the contest is being held. The contest is void where prohibited by law. In order for the contest to be valid, entrant must be 18 years of ages and legal residents of the united States. Entrants are not required to purchase any products in order to be legible for the contest. All information set froth in the entry forms and the entry forms themselves, become the property of the sponsor of the contest. The sponsor of the contest will accept entries for the contest from multiple locations. The odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of valid entries for each drawing. The list of the prize are contained on this form. The sponsor of the contest reserves the right to substitute prize(s) with others or equal or greater value. The winner of the prize(s) will be selected at random by drawing, which will be held by the contest sponsor. The sponsor of the contest may, without notice, terminate the contest at anytime after any drawing and award prize(s). The prizewinner will be notified either by telephone, mail, or in person by a NMCFS Independent Sales Rep. The prize winner has thirty days in which to claim his/her prize, or the prizewinner forfeits the prize. The sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, lost or undelivered mail or misprinted notifications. The prizewinner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes on the prize won. The prizewinner may not redeem the prize for cash and the prizewinner may not substitute the prize won. Employees and Independent Sales Representatives of NMC Field Services and affiliated companies, the employees of the store in which the boxes are located and the members of their household, are not legible to enter the contest. Entrants will also be notified in order to be offered a membership and/or a Sales Rep position.
